Strength: High bar back squat

  • Each set of “1” should be done with a 3s pause in the bottom of the rep. The set of “2” following should be done at the same weight. Warmup for 8-10 minutes working to a heavy starting weight.

3 hang squat snatch
6 push-ups
6 handstand push-ups

S: 65/45 (front squat and hang squat clean if needed), 6 shoulder to OH for HSPU
L1: 95/65, 6 shoulder to OH if not doing any form of HSPU
Rx+: 135/95
