What is MonumentFit?

Simply put, our MonumentFit class will help you achieve fitness goals you never thought possible. It is a strength and conditioning program that delivers amazing results through constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. We focus on general physical preparedness, meaning we don’t focus on any one aspect of fitness. Instead, we improve on all aspects of fitness, from cardiovascular conditioning to strength and power, and other important things like balance, coordination, and flexibility.

The biggest misconception is that people need to be fit to start our programs. This is simply not true. We have beginners join our classes every day, many without any previous fitness experience. Our expert coaches will help guide you every step of the way. All you have to do is show up and work hard!

You will feel better than ever before, look better than you ever thought you could, and look forward to training every day you are in the gym.

SweatCamp

What is SweatCamp?

Much like our MonumentFit classes, SweatCamp puts more of an emphasis on cardiovascular fitness and core training. It still has a strength training focus but without using a barbell, instead you will use dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. The end result is the same life changing fitness.

SweatCamp is a great compliment to our MonumentFit classes, or great as your main training itself!
