Our personal training sessions provide one-on-one coaching with one of our award-winning trainers, who will design a customized program tailored to your specific needs and goals. These sessions are ideal for individuals looking to supplement their group classes with focused work on specific weaknesses, for those new to fitness who want personalized attention before transitioning to group classes, or for anyone seeking a structured plan to achieve their fitness goals. We also offer small group training, which allows you to train with a partner or two, depending on the coach's discretion. Rates for private sessions are determined directly between the coach and the client.
