4th of July WODS

1: Run 800m then,
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Step back lunges
Burpees
Situps
then Run 800m

2: 5 rounds, EMOM style
1. 45s forearm plank body saw
2. 20 hollow rocks
3. 10 straight arm plank side steps, both directions
4. 20 air squats
5. 5 burpee broad jumps
