50 Overhead Squats (135/95 lb)
50 Pull-Ups
1 mile Run*

*Pick an alternate cardio movement for one of the two rounds : 2000/1800m row or 120/96 cal assault bike

S: 150 singles, 65/45 front squat, jumping pull-ups, run 800m
L1: 200 singles or 150 du/su mix, 115/75, 50 modified pull-ups or 35 rx pull-ups
