E2m x 4: 2 hang cleans + 2 split jerk, building to heavy
E90s x 6: 1 hang clean + 1 clean + 1 jerk

3 toes to bar
+ 3 reps each round

S: 65/45, hanging knee raises
L1: 100/75, modified toes to bar
