Perform 1 clean and jerk every 30s for 5 minutes
- immediately after finishing rep 10 start AMRAP alternating devil’s presses 50/35 with remaining time (minute 8).
Rest until minute 10 then perform:
8m AMRAP
Perform 1 squat clean every 30s for 5 minutes
- immediately after finishing rep 10 start AMRAP alternating devil’s presses 50/35 with remaining time (minute 18).
Score is total devil’s presses. -5 reps from your total score for every clean and jerk or clean not completed.
