2: 5 barbell roll-outs, 3 second tempo out, 3 second tempo in
3: 10 single straight leg raise over KB, 5 each leg*

  • scale the object for #3 to make it doable but challenging. This is a great hip flexor mobility and strengthening movement. The object should be touching the outside ankle of the leg when both legs are straight out in front of you. The higher the object, the harder it is, and more impressive hip flexor mobility and strength!
