At Monument Fitness, we know the importance of starting healthy habits early, which is why we’ve developed KidFit, a fun and engaging fitness program for children aged 8-12. KidFit introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of fitness in a safe, supportive environment designed to build confidence, strength, and a lifelong love of physical activity.


The KidFit program focuses on key fitness pillars such as strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Each session includes structured, age-appropriate exercises that challenge kids while keeping them engaged and excited.
