Strength: Overhead Squat
E2m x 8 sets
Sets 1, 2: 8, 6 reps
Sets 3, 4: 5 reps, with weight, increasing as able
Sets 5, 6: 3 reps, increase as able
Sets 7, 8: 1 rep, increase as able

  • This is not a PR focus day. If sets 7/8 end up with PRs that is great, but the focus should be on sets 5-8 all being 80% 1rm and higher
