PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions are one-on-one with one of our award winning coaches who will design a program around your needs and goals. These sessions are great for:

  1. Supplementing your group classes with work on specific weaknesses.

  2. Someone new to fitness who wants personalized attention before joining group classes.

  3. Working on a plan to reach specific goals.

Small group training can be done with a partner or two at the discretion of your coach.

All private session rates are decided between the coach and client.
